Q: Is your company member of any important
international group ? R: No, we are an Italian company which
is non-member of any international group.
Q: What kind of packagings do you manufacture
? R: We manufacture light metal packagings
of the so-called " general line " kind.
Q: What do " general line "
packagins mean ? R: It deals with packagings generally
intended for industry, for different productive sectors and
namely : paints and varnishes, solvents, inks, sizes, lubricating
oils, sealants.
Q: Which raw material do you use ? R: Tin plate is the staple product.
It is made of a thin, tinplated sheet-steel (max. thickness
: 0.49 mm). The sheet-steel allows to manufacture products
so shaped as to have the necessary durability which their
utilization requires. The layer of tin protects the metal
from corrosion and helps to keep unchanged the characteristics
of the goods which come in contact with it. The packagings,
whose capacity ranges from 30 to 70 litres, are made of cold-rolled
steel.
Q: Can the packagings be customized ? R: Yes, of course, because not only
can the customer choose different dimensions and closing systems,
but he can also provide the picture to be lithographed on
the
outside of the packaging.
Q: Does your range include packagings
for the transport of dangerous goods ? R: Yes, a wide range of type-approved
packagings is available.
Q: Are your products exported to foreign
markets ? R: At present, more than half of our
production is exported, mainly to the countries of the European
Union, Great Britain, the Middle East and Africa.
Q: How do you transport the packagings
? R: They are palletized and filmed.
Q: Is a minimum order quantity required
? R: Yes, it depends on the type of
the ordered product.
Q: What about your delivery time ? R: It is related to the quantity and
to the customized lithographic print of the product on order.
It generally takes about 20 / 30 days for the first delivery
of lithographed packagings.
